TERMS OF SERVICE

Mz. Detailing LLC provides premium mobile auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related vehicle care services at the customer's location within our service area. All work is performed by appointment only.

Online prices are starting prices for standard vehicles in good condition. Final pricing may increase based on vehicle size, condition, contamination level, and add-on services. Any additional charges above the amount paid online are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received through our secure Stripe checkout. We do not accept deposits for standard services; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged to book your appointment.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be refunded at our discretion or credited toward a future appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are generally not eligible for a refund. You may reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. We understand plans change and will do our best to accommodate a new date that works for you.

Please provide clear access to the vehicle, a working power source, and a water source when required. Remove personal belongings and valuables before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will address the concern. Re-service is offered at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Mz. Detailing LLC is fully insured for the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or manufacturer defects discovered during detailing.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the latest update date.
