Do you need access to water or electricity?

In most cases we prefer access to a standard outdoor spigot and outlet, which makes the process faster. If neither is available, let us know when booking — we can often bring our own water and power for an additional consideration.

Do I need to be home during the detail?

No. Many clients leave the keys and go about their day. We just need the vehicle accessible, a safe place to work around it, and a way to reach you if we find something worth flagging.

How long does a detail usually take?

A premium car detail typically takes 3–5 hours and an SUV 4–6 hours. Paint correction and ceramic coating are full-day or multi-day services depending on the level of correction.

What happens if it rains?

We monitor the forecast and will reach out to reschedule if conditions won't allow safe, quality work. Rescheduling for weather never costs you anything.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Reschedule or cancel from your booking management link. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a refund; inside 48 hours we review case by case.

Can you remove stains?

Most stains improve dramatically with hot-water extraction and the right chemistry. Dye transfer, bleach damage and permanent discoloration may not fully release — we'll always tell you honestly what to expect first.

Can you remove pet hair?

Yes. Pet hair removal is available as an add-on. Heavy, embedded hair takes extra time, so we quote it after seeing photos.

Pricing depends on vehicle size, current condition, level of contamination and any additional services requested. Listed prices are the starting point for a standard, well-kept vehicle, and anything beyond that is confirmed with you before we begin.

How long does ceramic coating last?

Depending on the coating selected and how the vehicle is maintained, a professional coating typically performs for multiple years. Regular maintenance washes keep it performing at its best.

What is the difference between a 1-step and 2-step paint correction?

A 1-step is a single polishing stage that removes most light swirls and greatly improves gloss. A 2-step adds a dedicated cutting stage before refining, which addresses heavier swirls, oxidation and deeper defects on paint that needs more work.

How do maintenance plans work?

Maintenance plans are monthly memberships with scheduled upkeep visits, priority scheduling and the option to cover more than one vehicle. They keep a finished detail looking finished and can be cancelled anytime.
